Creating Chubb Brand Central
Early in 2021, I was asked by the Global Head of Brand at Chubb to search for vendors who could provide us with a digital asset management tool and a content management platform. I led the search for this tool and conducted several rounds of interviews with our regional marketing teams, creative services team, and other internal teams that currently use similar systems.
I then managed the RFP process that led us to partner with Frontify. Frontify was the only competitor that could closely match our IT security needs and the needs of the regional and global marketing teams. Once we selected Frontify as our partner, I collaborated with our IT team to ensure that the tool met their security needs and that our internal and external partners could access it.
In 2022, we began building the tool and named it Chubb Brand Central. We first tested the environment with our EMEA marketing team. I conducted a series of tests for their teams to perform within our beta environment, and with their feedback, we were able to launch to the rest of the regional marketing teams after two weeks of testing.
In October 2023, we rolled the tool out globally and communicated the rollout to all 40,000 employees. I partnered with our internal communications team to ensure the rollout could reach as many Chubb employees as possible. Within the first week, we saw 2,000 new users join the platform and start downloading assets.
